Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµÔÚÏß¿´ Residences
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµÔÚÏß¿´ offers three unique residence experiences located at the heart of the University of Toronto’s St. George campus: St. Hilda’s College, Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµÔÚÏß¿´, and the new Lawson Centre for Sustainability.
All three residences are steps from one another and from classrooms, libraries, dining, and transit. Regardless of building, students have access to shared amenities, services, and the close-knit Trinity community that blends first-year and upper-year students in an engaged and supportive environment.
St. Hilda’sÂ
44 Devonshire Place
Located directly across from the main Trinity building, St. Hilda’s houses 200+ first- and upper-year students in single, double, and triple rooms.
The Rooms
Rooms in St. Hilda’s reflect the character of a historic Toronto building — no two are exactly alike. Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµÔÚÏß¿´ live in dorm-style hallways with shared washroom facilities and kitchens or kitchenettes on each floor.

Trinity Building
6 Hoskin Avenue
The Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµÔÚÏß¿´ building is home to 200+ residence rooms, Strachan Hall Dining, administrative offices, classrooms, and the Chapel — placing students at the centre of campus life.
The Rooms
Like St. Hilda’s, Trinity’s rooms are distinctive in size and layout, offering single, double, and triple occupancy options in a historic setting.

Lawson Centre for Sustainability
25 Devonshire Place
The newest addition to Trinity’s campus, the Lawson Centre for Sustainability adds 350+ modern residence spaces along Devonshire Place, overlooking Varsity Stadium and Philosopher’s Walk. The building connects directly and underground to the main Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµÔÚÏß¿´ building, strengthening campus accessibility and community integration.
The Rooms
Lawson offers contemporary single and double rooms, as well as ensuite studios. Designed using biophilic principles, the residence incorporates warm timber elements, natural light, and sustainable materials to create a modern, wellness-focused living environment.
Fifteen percent of each room type is barrier-free. All residence areas are secured with key-fob access.

- Single – Private room with one bed; shared washrooms.
- Premium Single – Private room with one bed, electronic door opener, and adjustable desk; shared washrooms. (limited number)
- Barrier-Free Single – Accessible private room with one bed, electronic door opener, and adjustable desk; shared washrooms. (limited number; students with documented accessible needs are prioritized)
Double Rooms
- Double – Two beds; shared washrooms.
- Premium Double – Two beds with electronic door opener and adjustable desks; shared washrooms. (limited number)
- Barrier-Free Double – Accessible two-bed room with electronic door opener; shared washrooms. (limited number; students with documented accessible needs are prioritized)
Studio Rooms
- Studio Single – Private studio with one bed, kitchenette, and in-suite washroom.
- Barrier-Free Studio Single – Accessible private studio with one bed, kitchenette, and accessible in-suite washroom. (limited number; students with documented accessible needs are prioritized)
- Studio Double – Studio with two beds, kitchenette, and in-suite washroom. (limited number)
- Economy Studio Double – Compact studio with two beds, kitchenette, and in-suite washroom. (limited number)
